This conversion of a 4,000 SF bank into two separate spaces to be occupied by a coffee shop and veterinarian clinic. Work included full utility split, separating electrical meter and underground boring under the paved road to supply individual water lines for each tenant

SKYLINE ON BRICKELL
This full interior renovation to all common areas in the a 35-story condominum building located on Brickell Ave. in Miami, Florida. Scope of work includes 25,000 SF of interior flooring replacement, 63,000 SF of wall finishes including interior paint and wallpaper, light fixtures and signs.
72nd WAREHOUSE
This 50,000 SF Warehouse in St. Petersburg, Florida, included a full exterior/interior renovation, with 6,000 SF of exterior façade improvement. Work consisted of demolition, re-roofing, MEP coordination, heavy-gauge metal framing, stucco, paint, siding, stone veneer, EIFS, windows, and door replacement.

In this project, we performed extensive renovations to the 3000 SF treatment facility, including complete demolition of non-bearing walls and ceilings, 4000 SF of wood trusses installed, wall framing, zip system, siding, drywall hanging and finishing, and paint.
